Energy efficient argon gas-filled windows and effective door seals - along with a one-piece continuous plastic vapour barrier on the ceiling and walls - provide a secure energy seal and envelope. Off-site construction overcomes the challenges of building an airtight home.
Airtight construction supported with an air exchanger or HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) helps conserve energy and maximize comfort. Energuide or R2000 ratings may also be personalized for your home.

We make house calls! Your custom Royal Home is built with all natural materials and will adjust to its environment. Our service professionals will visit your home after one year and make all the necessary adjustments, making sure doors fit well and any cracks due to changes in humidity and temperature.
