Each Royal Home is custom built to your lot and specifications. Take a walk through one of our model homes and see a few of the many options available to you.
A Royal Homes consultant and our professional home design drafting team will help you finalize the plans for your new home.
Choose from Royal Homes' extensive list of options for cabinets, flooring, accessories and more. Make your choices from our website, then come in and meet with a home decor consultant.
After your plans are finalized, construction begins in our unique indoor, climate-controlled environment. Meanwhile, your lot is surveyed and preparations to build the basement are underway.
Back at our indoor building site, construction begins for your floor and roof trusses.
Each Royal Home is built "from the inside out". The frame of your floor is built using tongue and groove plywood, securely glued and nailed in place.
The floor frame is then raised up onto a platform. From this convenient height, electricians can install the wiring easily without ladders.
Up above, your flooring is installed. Carpet, vinyl and ceramic floors are done indoors here; hardwood flooring will be installed on your site.
In another part of our plant, your walls are framed and dry walled on a flat surface. When completed, they are set upright on your new floor.
The ceiling is framed and dry walled using a unique vapour barrier, increasing the energy efficiency of your home.
Once your walls are set in place, they are well sealed and insulated. The outlets are also installed at this point.
When the ceiling is completely finished, the roof is carefully raised, flipped and set onto your home.
Because of Royal Homes' unique indoor construction, problems with moisture or weather damage are avoided while your roof is being finished.
Still at our building facility, the last few interior touches are completed. Walls are sanded and painted, cabinets are built and installed as well as trim and baseboards.
The exterior finishing touches are completed, such as siding, windows and bricks. You home is then covered with a moisture and air barrier and placed on our custom built trucks, ready for delivery.
Your new Royal Home be delivered and a crane carefully sets your home on the foundation. Final on-site additions are made by our expert construction team.
