Directions to Royal Homes Minden

From Toronto:

Take the 404 N towards Newmarket (36.9 km).  At exit 53, take ramp and follow signs for RR-19/Green Lane E (0.5 km).  Turn right onto Green Lane E./RR-19 (0.7 km), and then turn left onto Woodbine Ave (2.1 km).  Turn right onto Mt. Albert Road (8 km) and then left onto Hwy 48.  Follow Hwy 48 for approximately 43 km.  Turn left (north) onto Trans Canada 12, turn right onto Hwy 48 (12.7 km).  At Coboconk, make a left onto Hwy #35, follow Hwy 35 for approximately 35.6 km until your just South of Minden.  Royal Homes Minden is 3 km South of Minden on Hwy # 35.  If you reach Hunter Creek Rd., you have gone too far.

From Huntsville:

Travel east on Provincial Route 60 for approximately 22.2 km. At Lake of Bays, make a slight right onto Provincial Route 35 (heading south). Minden is about 65.6 km down the road.

From Orillia:

Travel east on Monck Road/ CR-45 for about 53.8 km. Turn left onto Al's Ave. in Norland; then turn right onto King St. Turn left (north) onto Provincial Route 35 and follow it for approximately 27 km into Minden.

From Lindsay:

Take Provincial Route 35 North until you reach Minden (approximately 74 km).

The sales centre is located at R.R. #1, Highway 35 South.
