Royal Homes has excellent after sales service, uses high quality materials and provides a very energy efficient home as our standard way of building custom homes. But so do some other builders. So how do we try and characterize that element of "what sets Royal Homes apart" that tries to say what we have to offer our clients that is just that much more than standard. Royal Homes adds an innovative character to the best way to design and build custom homes and captures that in a phrase which we call "royal Q". "royal Q" is our way of communicating that although Royal Homes is on the leading edge of modern building techniques we never forget the craft based skills and roots that allow for the most successful and practical adaptation of new technologies. Royal Homes has been a leader in developing and using new and innovative technology since its beginning almost 40 years ago. Innovation is not delegated to a Research and Development department but is part of how all our employees, managers and owners think about the best and most unique way to build. Royal Homes has its roots in traditional craftsmanship which has been retained as the basis on which we adapt and create building technologies that provide custom homes of superior quality. The amalgamation of these elements is embodied in the term "royal Q". "royal Q" is also part of an expanding series of modern designed homes called the "royal Q series" In addition the "royal Q" innovation includes an increasing selection of eco, environmental, and energy related options which are denoted as the "royal e".
