Island cottage construction can take two build seasons to complete.  Royal's prefab solution finishes the project in three months.  Using the advantage of indoor construction the cottage was constructed in 8 prefab units and shipped by barge.  Merging technology and craftsmanship for 40 years has given Royal Homes the experience to build well designed projects within demanding deadlines
