Formaldehyde-Free Insulation

In an effort to increase the air quality in our homes and use more green products Royal Homes "e" standard is to include formaldehyde free attic insulation in all our homes.

This insulation does not use formaldehyde in its manufacture and will therefore not result in any formaldehyde emissions.  This will be of interest to those who have allergies, or are concerned about reducing the amount of pollutants inside their home.  The attic insulation is cellulose and is composed of 85% recycled products.

The formaldehyde free insulation has the same R value as regular insulation.

Optional formaldehyde-free wall insulation will also be offered, this product contains 20% recycled glass.
