Rust? Teal? Green?

I don’t want to scare you, but the number of decisions you will make in the span of just a few weeks is just a little daunting. Floors, bathroom fixtures, tiles, cabinets, exterior stones, brick or siding, lighting fixtures…. well, it just goes on from there.

I have to say, the design centre at Royal Homes really helped us out. First of all, it’s like a store! The number of options available is unbelievable. And, let me tell you, I really appreciated the fact that I could touch the carpet before purchasing it. Actually seeing the product before choosing it was a real help to us.

More than that, you can actually browse the design centre products online before you come in. That’s a great way to get a feel for the products available, the colours and quality. Our design staff suggested that we start by choosing a few of the products online and then coming in to see them in person. That was a great way to start. Because Royal Homes’ website includes such a vast array of products, you will be well prepared. I also really like that Royal Homes showed more than the product, they also included images of the product in a home. It was a great way to get a feel for how the product would look in a home setting.

Royal Homes design team is very good at what they do.

Here are some of the things that helped us.

First of all, Royal Homes model homes are extremely well designed. The colour choices and finishing touches are all chosen by an interior designer. Secondly, like I said, the design centre carries a large selection of products that you can choose, making the process much easier. Because it’s all in one place, you can match colours and see how they will flow together in your home. Thirdly, and we really leaned on this, the design team is well prepared to guide you through the process.

Finally, the design team has an exhaustive check list to make sure everything moves smoothly. As we went through the process… step by step… we were so grateful for the design centre team who walked with us.
