New Sarnia Design Centre opens!

Royal Homes has opened its new Sarnia Design Centre at 286 London Road, centrally-located in the heart of Sarnia.
A stylish customized model of The Portland bungalow — featuring granite kitchen countertops and nine-foot ceilings — is ready to inspire the custom home visions of Sarnia and area residents.

The two-bedroom Portland combines the simplicity of a classic bungalow with the elegance of a finely-designed home. A galley kitchen, featuring butcher block island countertop and stainless steel range hood, opens up seamlessly to a large great room — a perfect gathering spot for family and friends.
The 1,200-square foot Sarnia Design Centre will get your design ideas flowing. Custom touches include decorative beams of gunstock walnut and luxury vinyl flooring. Douglas-fir pillars and cultured stone give the exterior a rugged and sturdy look.
Two prefab modules, built to precise standards with 250 inspection points in our Wingham factory, were set on a full foundation by crane — but you’d never guess.
“The quality control coming out of the factory is difficult to match in this industry,” Dumond said. “Your custom home is built in a climate-controlled environment. No rain or snow will see your build. No insects. No mould.”
