Catalina Model Home for Sale
The Catalina is one of the model homes at our Innisfil Design Centre.
If you want a home in 2022, the Catalina is your answer. We are currently booked into 2023, but if you purchase the Catalina model home you will be able to get it in 2022!
The Catalina is a beautiful bungalow with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a multimedia room and study. The kitchen, dinette and great room are all open concept with large windows and patio doors allowing for great views.
Open the front door into a bright foyer with a barrel vault ceiling and tiled floor.
Immediately you are looking into the great room and can take in the view through the large windows and French doors. Walk between two columns as you enter the great room with dark hardwood flooring and view the stately fireplace with built-in cabinets on either side.
Turn around and you see the kitchen with upper cabinets to the ceiling and granite countertops. The spacious kitchen has a peninsula with a raised bar on the dinette side. The dinette also has French doors leading to the same patio that is accessible from the great room.
Leaving the kitchen, you enter the end-to-end hallway with the same dark hardwood flooring as the great room. Immediately in front of you is the multimedia room. Turn to the right and walk down the hallway past the foyer and great room on either side, past the study on the left and into the master bedroom.
The spacious master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets, both leading to separate tiled bathrooms with in-floor heating. One bathroom has a soaker tub and shower, while the other bathroom has a larger shower. This master bedroom is truly a relaxing oasis from the rest of the house.

The model home has a double car garage that has been finished and is currently used as our colour choice room holding all our samples. This room can be purchased as an option if you want the extra space in your new home.
