Royal puts the customer first’, say our clients in Severn

When our clients take the time to reach out and thank us, we can’t help but be grateful and humbled.
So it was heartwarming to hear from Hesham and Dina and how happy they are with their custom summer home in Port Severn.
By email, they personally thanked our president Pieter Venema and Vice President, Operations Klaas Jorritsma for an “amazing” home build and warranty experience.
“I wanted to thank you, and the Royal Homes team, for what has been a wonderful experience building our home in Port Severn,” Hesham wrote us about the family “piece of paradise”, a custom Bala LE model near Gloucester Pool.
“My wife (Dina) and I were very nervous embarking on this journey, as we had many prior unpleasant experiences with home builders. However, the Royal Homes staff truly exceeded our expectations and have built us our dream getaway up North.”
Two prefab modules departed our Wingham production facility on Oct. 3, 2022.

They arrived in Severn to be set to a new foundation the next day.
Now, it’s a finished tree-shrouded sanctuary for Hesham and Dina, their girls Leila, Nurah and Nadine and their perpetual puppies Lucy and Bentley.
Here’s hoping their third summer in their custom Bala is the best yet.

“The quality of the build, along with the commitment to schedules and the speed at which our home was completed was truly exceptional.”
