The two-bedroom Portland combines the simplicity of a classic bungalow with the elegance of a finely-designed home. A galley kitchen, featuring a butcher block island countertop and stainless steel range hood, opens up seamlessly to a large great room — a perfect gathering spot for family and friends.
The 1,200-square-foot Sarnia Design Centre will get your design ideas flowing. Custom touches include decorative beams of gunstock walnut and luxury vinyl flooring. Douglas-fir pillars and cultured stone give the exterior a rugged and sturdy look.
Two prefab modules, built to precise standards with 250 inspection points in our Wingham factory, were set on a full foundation by crane — but you’d never guess.
