Style your home the way you want – hardwood floors, ceramic tiles, granite counters, oak cabinets, a stone fireplace. Our Design Centre lets you see and touch the colours, styles and options available for your walls, floors, cabinets, windows, lights, plumbing, brickwork and more.

STEP 2. Style & Selection

In Step 1 we had a conversation about your Dream Home and together prepared a detailed Design and Layout of your new custom home.  Drawings were prepared.  We reviewed the drawings and made the changes you wanted.

Now for Step 2, the Options. Adding your personal style and colors.

Royal Homes has thousands of options showcased on our website with more samples in our Design Centres.  But there is more, much more.  We can take you to our suppliers’ showrooms. We can surf the web.  If you have a favourite detail or option, just send it to us. See something in a store or on Pinterest? Send it to your Designer who will help get the specs and integrate that with your new home design.

We will go through your home on a room by room basis with a Color Choice and Option checklist.  We love the details and we love to write them down.  From cable outlets, to paint colour, to flooring type/color, to counter top edge profiles we have got it covered.  We will ask you questions that you never even thought of.

We recently built a family getaway for a Heart Surgeon who was impressed with the detail and how we document it. He said that we covered more questions and points then he would go through in prepping his patients for surgery.

Once we have all your style ideas and put them into the home design it is all double checked by our office.  Details on your new appliances are confirmed  to ensure that they all fit.
